There are no Sign up or Monthly Fees.
The platform is free to use with free monthly packages. Paid packages are available for higher volume use.
Virtual Service Sellers pay a referral fee on their earnings of 4,75% of the accepted bid amount to cover costs. This is deducted from the Buyers payment when they pay.
On Jobvir, prices are quoted in US Dollars as a reference point, but all transactions occur in Bitcoin.
Once a Dollar price has been agreed upon between Buyer and Service Seller, and the buyer chooses to accept the bid, the buyer will make a payment for the agreed upon amount in Bitcoin (the agreed upon amount does not include network fees) at the exchange rate of USD to BTC at that time. That is what the Service Seller will earn (minus referral fee commission).
For Buyers
Projects
Jobvir is free to sign up, and allocates a set monthly amount of 5 non-cumulative free posts to list a project, receive bids from Service Sellers, review the Service Seller’s portfolio and discuss the project requirements. If you use up your allotted free projects in the month, you may purchase more. The purchase price depends on the package you choose.
There are three package types:
FREE
You get a minimum of 5 FREE projects each month depending on your profile level. Each project will be displayed for 15 days. These are non-cumulative.
STANDARD
This plan includes 10 projects for $10. Each project will be displayed for 30 days.
PREMIUM
This plan includes 30 projects for $20 Each project will be displayed for 40 days.
Payment Return Fees
Should an Buyer or Service Seller for any reason choose to cancel an ongoing project and wins the dispute, the full amount will be credited to their Jobvir account and can be used for other transactions on the platform. If you choose to withdraw the amount to a Bitcoin wallet, the network fee for the transfer of your withdrawal will be for your own account. Whatever the network transfer fee is, at the time of processing the transfer of your withdrawal, will be subtracted from your requested withdrawal amount.
Arbitration Fees
The arbitration fee for a payment dispute is $10.00 USD or 5%, whichever is greater.
Our dispute resolution system is designed to allow both parties to resolve issues regarding payments amongst themselves without arbitration.
After 7 days of a dispute being filed either party may elect to move the dispute to paid arbitration. The other party will then have a further 7 days to agree to pay this fee and for both parties to submit any final evidence. If the other party fails to pay within time, they will lose the dispute.
Should you win an arbitration case, the full Bitcoin amount you paid for a bid will be refunded to your Jobvir account in Bitcoin. The arbitration fee will be refunded to the winner of the dispute into their Jobvir account in Bitcoin.
For withdrawals to Bitcoin wallets, the network fee for the transfer of your withdrawal will be for your own account. Whatever the network transfer fee is, at the time of processing the transfer of your withdrawal, will be subtracted from your requested withdrawal amount.
Refunds may take up to 7 days to process. A Fastrack option is available for a fee. There may be additional fees levied by your wallet provider or the crypto currency transactions exchange itself.
The minimum withdrawal amount is the BTC equivalent of $50. This is imposed to minimize smaller transactions which cause payment delays for providers.
*We reserve the right to alter the network fee charge in cases of extreme BTC volatility.
For Service Sellers
Jobvir is free to sign up, create a profile, select skills of projects you are interested in, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications and discuss project details with the Buyer.
Bid Fees
Members receive a maximum of up to 5 non-cumulative Free bids per month to bid on projects posted by Buyers.
If you use up your free bids, you can purchase more bids, there are three bid packages to choose from:

Projects Introduction Fee
For fixed price projects, if you are awarded a project, we charge you a project referral fee relative to the value of the selected bid. If you are subsequently paid more than the original bid amount, we will also charge the project referral fee on any overage payments.
The project referral fee for fixed price projects is 4,75% of the accepted bid amount, which is deducted from the Freelancers earnings when the buyer pays the accepted bid amount.
Payment Processing Fees
For any payments that are processed through Jobvir’s Payment Processing service, a service fee of 1% on the transaction price will be payable. This percentage is based on the previous month’s sales and charged at the end of the month on the 1st day of the following month. Should the service fee not be paid within 7 days of the 1st of the month, Jobvir retains the right to disable the payment processing service which shall only be re-instated upon full payment of the outstanding monies. For fair use to all sellers, only one URL is allowed per account and only 1 free month allowed per URL.
Withdrawal Fees
For withdrawals to Bitcoin wallets, the network fee for the transfer of your withdrawal will be for your own account. Whatever the network transfer fee is, at the time of processing the transfer of your withdrawal, will be subtracted from your requested withdrawal amount.

Maintenance Fee
User Accounts that have not logged in for six months will incur a maintenance fee of up to $10.00 USD (in Bitcoin exchange rate equivalent at the time of the fee being levied) per month until either the account is terminated or reactivated for storage, bandwidth, support and management costs of providing hosting of the user’s profile, portfolio storage, listing in directories, file storage and message storage. These fees will be refunded upon request by users on subsequent reactivation.
Taxes
Government taxes may apply, depending on your region.
User Agreement
The fees and charges summarised on this page are governed by the terms of the Jobvir User Agreement and related site policies. The User Agreement includes other important terms and should be read in full. In particular the consequences of termination for violations of the User Agreement. Those consequences can include fines for damages that Jobvir will sustain as a result of actions that breach the User Agreement.
