Fees and Charges

There are no Sign up or Monthly Fees.

The platform is free to use with free monthly packages. Paid packages are available for higher volume use.

Amounts are quoted in US Dollars for reference and all transactions are conducted in Bitcoin.  

Virtual Providers/Freelancers pay a Commission fee on their earnings, between 1% and 5,5% (depending on profile level).

For Employers

Projects

Jobvir is free to sign up, and allocates a set monthly amount of 5 non-cumulative free posts to list a project, receive bids from freelancers/virtual employees, review the virtual employees ‘s portfolio and discuss the project requirements. If you use up your allotted free projects in the month, you may purchase more. The purchase price depends on the package you choose.

There are three package types:

FREE

You get a minimum of 5 FREE projects each month depending on your profile level. Each project will be displayed for 15 days. These are non-cumulative.

STANDARD

This plan includes 10 projects for $10. Each project will be displayed for 30 days.

PREMIUM

This plan includes 30 projects for $20 Each project will be displayed for 40 days.

Payment Return Fees

Should an Employer or Freelancer for any reason choose to cancel an ongoing project and wins the dispute a minimum network transfer fee of $2.50 will be levied for the refunded amount.

Arbitration Fees

The arbitration fee for a payment dispute is $10.00 USD or 5%, whichever is greater.

Our dispute resolution system is designed to allow both parties to resolve issues regarding payments amongst themselves without arbitration.

After 7 days of a dispute being filed either party may elect to move the dispute to paid arbitration. The other party will then have a further 7 days to agree to pay this fee and for both parties to submit any final evidence. If the other party fails to pay within time, they will lose the dispute.

The arbitration fee will then be refunded to the winner of the dispute.

There is a flat rate fee of the crypto equivalent of *$2.50 at the time of transfer to transfer your refunded Bitcoin amount to a crypto wallet of your choosing to cover network fees. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process. A Fastrack option is available for a fee. There may be additional fees levied by your wallet provider or the crypto currency transactions exchange itself.

We impose a minimum withdrawal, after fees, of BTC 0.005.

*We reserve the right to alter the network fee charge in cases of extreme  BTC volatility.

For Virtual Providers / Freelancers

Jobvir is free to sign up, create a profile, select skills of projects you are interested in, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications and discuss project details with the employer.

Bid Fees

Members receive a maximum of up to 10 non-cumulative Free bids per month to bid on projects posted by employers.

If you use up your free bids, you can purchase more bids, there are three bid packages to choose from:

Bidding on projects Up to 10 FREE p/m after which:

$5 for 20 bids
$10 for 50 bids
$20 for 120 bids

Projects Introduction Fee

For fixed price projects, if you are awarded a project, we charge you a project fee relative to the value of the selected bid, as an introduction fee. If you are subsequently paid more than the original bid amount, we will also charge the project fee on any overage payments.

The fee for fixed price projects is between 1% and 5,5% on Bitcoin and 4,9% and 6,9% on Local Currency (all new accounts start at the maximum percentage and are adjusted depending on your individual profile level) or the BTC equivalent of $10.00 USD, whichever is greater.

Withdrawal Fees

Fees may be optionally levied depending on the method of withdrawal. Additional fees may be levied by the third party offering the withdrawal method.

Withdrawals to Coinbase Bitcoin wallets are free for Bitcoin accounts. For withdrawals to other Bitcoin wallets we charge a flat rate fee of the BTC equivalent of *$2.50 at the time of transfer to transfer your withdrawal Bitcoin amount to a crypto wallet of your choosing to cover network fees. Withdrawals may take up to 7 days to process. A Fastrack option is available for a fee. There may be additional fees levied by your wallet provider or the crypto currency transactions exchange itself.

Maintenance Fee

User Accounts that have not logged in for six months will incur a maintenance fee of up to $10.00 USD (in Bitcoin exchange rate equivalent at the time of the fee being levied) per month until either the account is terminated or reactivated for storage, bandwidth, support and management costs of providing hosting of the user’s profile, portfolio storage, listing in directories, file storage and message storage. These fees will be refunded upon request by users on subsequent reactivation.

Taxes

Government taxes may apply, depending on your region.

User Agreement

The fees and charges summarised on this page are governed by the terms of the Jobvir User Agreement and related site policies. The User Agreement includes other important terms and should be read in full. In particular the consequences of termination for violations of the User Agreement. Those consequences can include fines for damages that Jobvir will sustain as a result of actions that breach the User Agreement.
